A Home Grown In Duluth

Peaceful Landing opened in 2026 after we saw how many seniors in Gwinnett County struggled to find safe, budget friendly housing. As female owners rooted in Duluth, June Lomax Whitt and Gwendolyn Whitt built this community with local families in mind. We designed shared and private rooms with utilities, Wi Fi, and laundry included, then added a detached community room and 24/7 security. The result is independent living that feels personal, practical, and connected to the neighborhood.
